My measure of success in life is how happy I am.

You are loved and loveable just as you are.

You will find your people.

Reproductive ability is not a measure of womanhood. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Grief is a bag. Sometimes it is heavy and we need help to carry it.

Don’t be scared of us, we don’t bite!

Look for our strengths instead of only seeing the things you think we lack.

Everybody is going through something and even if they hide it well, never make assumptions.

I do now believe that it is possible to embrace the ‘life unexpected’ in a joyful and fulfilling way.

There are many routes to happiness - even the unexpected ones.

Lead with empathy, care and compassion when meeting someone who lives differently from you.

Watch out for the childless people, here we come…

Healing is possible.

My experiences have made me move into a more purposeful life.

I’m still standing. That’s enough. I am enough. 

We can’t dodge painful feelings.

Self- acceptance is liberating.

Your shit is your superpower.

Beautiful legacies are created from the heart, not the womb.

Every story has value.
